The hotel staff were helpful. They helped me find local attractions and provide directions. My room have different pillow options, which I appreciate. The hotel breakfast have many lacto free options and everything was delicious. I did enjoy the provided waffle.
The room window faced a business hotel, employees drink coffee while looking into my room. I had to keep the curtains closed all time.

air conditioningprivacy issue
the in-room air conditioning malfunctioned it was repaired after i reported the problem. the lack of privacy was a major issue the window faced an office building only a few meters away. workers were looking into our room. the need to keep the curtains closed at all times, even during the day, was inconvenient.

The location was ideal , very close to the main railway station. A tramway was right outside the hotel , and taxis were readily available. The restaurant menu was quite extensive , and the food and wine selection was good.
The bed was a little too firm for my liking.

The location provided immediate access to the shopping center. The staff at reception were consistently friendly and helpful. The daily room service ensured the room was always clean and well kept.
The frosted glass between the toilet and the room allowed light to disturb sleep when used at night.
