The hotel staff were helpful. They helped me find local attractions and provide directions. My room have different pillow options, which I appreciate. The hotel breakfast have many lacto free options and everything was delicious. I did enjoy the provided waffle.
The room window faced a business hotel, employees drink coffee while looking into my room. I had to keep the curtains closed all time.

air conditioningprivacy issue
the in-room air conditioning malfunctioned it was repaired after i reported the problem. the lack of privacy was a major issue the window faced an office building only a few meters away. workers were looking into our room. the need to keep the curtains closed at all times, even during the day, was inconvenient.

The location was ideal , very close to the main railway station. A tramway was right outside the hotel , and taxis were readily available. The restaurant menu was quite extensive , and the food and wine selection was good.
The bed was a little too firm for my liking.
